Engineer by day, chef by night. This home grown talent from the scenic province of 'kesong puti' and 'buko pies' in the Southern region of the Philippines has started to take roots in the most unexpected places.
With encouragement from dear friends, he has decided to take on the challenge of bringing comfort food with a touch of simplistic elegance to the vibrant city of Olongapo that will leave the customers satisfied and coming for more.
